What you'll do
AES' Digital Workplace Services Analysts deploy and support the end user devices that provide our workforce secure access to the communication and collaboration platforms, applications, and data they require to be successful. Supporting technical issues using existing knowledge, researching, and troubleshooting, you will resolve incidents and manage requests in-person and remotely. Analysts maintain inventory and update records ensuring accuracy of assets and compliance with our digital asset lifecycle program. As someone who is never satisfied with the status quo, and with a goal of process improvement, automations, and self-service, you play an important role to discover and document problem-solving / troubleshooting steps and update user guides and knowledge articles.
What you'll need
- Experience with Windows workstation management, deployment, and maintenance including an understanding of Endpoint Manager Intune & Configuration Manager, Intune Mobile Device Management, Defender, Bitlocker, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
- Working knowledge of devices including desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, iOS devices, printers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune
- Basic knowledge of networking equipment and wireless access points
- Basic knowledge of VOIP phone system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
