What will you be doing?

As the Chief of Staff at Allurion, you hold a pivotal position in our audacious mission to end obesity. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will not only be a strategic thought partner for our Executive Leadership Team but also provide operational leadership that drives our vision forward.

Your role is dynamic and influential, focusing on collaborative leadership and strategic alignment among key stakeholders. You will be instrumental in the ongoing reporting of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the meticulous tracking and project management of our strategic business initiatives.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be a linchpin in Allurion's investor and shareholder relations. Your expertise will guide crucial research and analysis necessary for targeted investor initiatives. You'll play a significant role in fostering relationships with analysts, ensuring a deep understanding of our vision, and coordinating essential events that connect us with our shareholders.

What we're looking for in you:

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred, highlighting a dedication to ongoing education and advanced strategic acumen.
• Strategic Leadership Expertise: 3+ years in top-tier management strategy consulting, demonstrating advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• C-Suite Collaboration: Proven track record of engaging with C-Suite leadership, fostering impactful relationships at the highest organizational levels.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Superior interpersonal abilities, promoting collaboration and teamwork across diverse internal and external teams.
• Project Management Excellence: Strong project management skills ensuring seamless execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in financial analysis and financial modelling, employing data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Versatility and Adaptability: Proficient in context switching, seamlessly transitioning between overarching strategic vision and hands-on tactical execution for multiple projects.
• Dynamic Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including persuasive presentations and captivating storytelling techniques.
• Meticulous Organization: Outstanding organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in every aspect of project management.
• Industry Insight: Knowledgeable about the Banking or Consulting industry, providing valuable insights and leveraging industry-specific expertise to drive innovative solutions.

Location:

This role is situated in the delightful town of Natick and comes with the benefit of a hybrid work environment, providing you with the flexibility essential for your success and well-being.
