This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

Manages the development of product and site content and makes technical and content decisions for assigned programs. Oversees the website's overall content, application, and development. Provides and maintains the "creative vision" of web programs by determining and implementing the program's technical design. Works on key programs and demonstrates proven experience developing and directing online programs and sites. Maintains the organization's vision by serving as interdisciplinary liaison between web-based programs and other areas of the company, such as marketing, IT, finance and business development. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees product, campaign, and authoring resources
• Coordinates Marketing campaign and product launches across digital product teams
• Develops digital web strategy in partnership with Experience & Design and Software Engineering leadership
• Manage expectations with key business stakeholders for product launches
• Owns Integrated Work Plans inclusive of pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities
• Owns web platform capability roadmap
• Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with key suppliers and agencies
• Manage product definition & delivery, driving sprint goals & scope through prioritized stories
• Implement Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goals in collaboration with product management team
• Implements proof of concepts and pilots to validate value of innovation, including defining project scope, requirements, and success metrics
• Represents the voice of the customer by working with the broader team and stakeholders to understand user personas, pain-points and journeys
• Manages and facilitates meetings in a skilled manner that it is inclusive and collaborative in leadership style
• Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans
• Establishes and manages digital web product KPIs

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirements

Required

• 12 years relevant work experience, preferably in digital or software and a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Extensive relevant work experience, including the management of teams and major initiatives
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centered design and lean project processes
• Experience with Jira or other management tools
• Strong experience with MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Facilitation and project management skills, as well as the ability to apply those skills formally and informally at the senior leadership level
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong skills and experience in issue resolution and managing to stringent timelines for key product deliverables

Preferred

• Experience with leading strategy and operations in digital web space
• Ability to manage teams across a global environment and 3rd party partner services
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project methodology
