We are looking for a Director, Operational Integration to support our Miami operations team.

Position Summary

The Director of Operational (Ops) Integration will be a critical leadership role in establishing and ensuring the operational execution model is being delivered to standard; focusing on calendar planning, communication & national activation of all operations programs. This individual will work in a highly matrixed and collaborative fashion to commercialize programs, as well as, develop and deploy solutions/ technology that better enable the restaurant execution of said programs. They are responsible for establishing & refining internal standard operating processes, by identifying and implementing change to create efficiencies and improve speed to market. Ensuring Cross Functional teams understand critical operational timelines to ensure effective time for testing, training & communication. They are accountable for cultivating best practices and communicating rollouts to all levels of the system. They are answerable for ensuring their teams are delivering initiatives/programs on strategy, on time and on budget.Essential FunctionEstimated %

of time spent Partner with Sr Leadership to develop and execute the annual operational roadmap for national activation, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy to inform prioritization on annual business & integrated plans. 15%Redefine internal processes for national activation development and implementation from briefings & tech development through launch protocols, promoting strong cross functional collaboration. 15%Quarterback strategy alignment and implementation plans. Ensure Cross Functional partners plan around key operational timelines. Act as key gatekeeper for all projects to ensure that focus remains on high impact projects that deliver the best commercial benefits. 25%Support national activation execution with a focus on step change improvements program to program (window to window) using key business KPI's, guest insights, & performance data to improve adoption and restaurant execution. 25%Develop strong working relationships with all operational teams & key cross functional teams to build trust and drive responsiveness. Teams include: restaurant experience (platform leaders and learning & development), operational performance, field ops, marketing/culinary, supply chain (IPC), technology, digital, off-premises, non- traditional, insights, analytics, & communications.20% Skills and Abilities Required National Activation and Deployment Background.
