Overview

Manage a portfolio of complex supply chain and operations projects. Focused on transforming the current supply chain and operations processes into innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring of progress and execution of strategic goals and priorities
• Drive cross-functional alignment around setting the top priorities for SC&O
• Demonstrates thought leadership by advising senior leadership.
• Build meaningful relationships and influence others without direct reporting authority
• Influence our long-term strategy and support the execution within the portfolio of programs
• Build relationships and collaborate with key functional and corporate internal teams.
• Develop analyses from various data sources and translate them into meaningful business decisions for various audiences
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) & MBA or similar master's degree (preferred but not required)
• 10+ years of overall work experience is required
• Hands-on experience working in a supply chain operations or adjacent function is strongly preferred.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house corporate strategy is strongly preferred
• Experience in CPG or distribution industry is strongly preferred
• Travel: Up to 25%

• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
