Job Overview

The role involves managing an organization of multiple managers and senior-level professionals. The individual will develop and communicate functional strategy and objectives in alignment with IQVIA's business strategy and operational requirements.

Essential Functions

• Leadership: Manage an organization of multiple managers and senior-level professionals, ensuring a consistent design, deployment, and maintenance process for all sites and systems.
• Strategic Development: Develop and communicate functional strategy and objectives in alignment with IQVIA's business strategy and operational requirements.
• Business Strategy: Establish overall business strategy for the organization, significantly impacting the success of company operations.
• Decision-Making: Negotiate with and influence decision-making at the senior management and executive level.
• Talent Development: Provide coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports; build and direct talent-building and development objectives for the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: Twelve (12) years of systems analysis and software development experience required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $156,800.00 - $291,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
