Aspire Living & Learning is seeking Day and Evening DSP Leads to join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals. Reporting to the Program Manager you will join a team of professionals, dedicated to help people translate their goals into meaningful accomplishments.

Aspire Living & Learning, located in Central Massachusetts, is a non-profit human services organization serving people with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide state of the art community based residential and day treatment programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. To be successful in this role, you will be able to:

• Supervise day to day operation of the shift
• Provide feedback and coaching to direct support staff
• Coordinate and conducts staff meetings
• Consistently implement Individual Support plan
• Performs direct care responsibilities

We look for the following experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one years’ experience in the field; prior supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
