We are seeking motivated and dedicated Direct Support Professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Aspire Living & Learning is now hiring full time and part time DSPs in the Wilton, New Hampshire. Experience is welcomed but not required.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our staff enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals to support adults with a variety of needs. We believe in a healthy work/life balance, our reputation for providing high quality, ethical services is one of our biggest assets.

What you’ll do:

• Help and guide individuals with daily living skills.
• Provide an opportunity for growth by working on their individual goals and plans.
• Assist in day-to-day needs such as personal hygiene, meal preparation and
• transportation.
• Seeking out opportunities for community-based activities for the individuals to
• enjoy.
• Help to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our individuals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and auto insurance.

Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are applicable to specific job types & shifts. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
• Must be employed at the time of payout.
• Payouts will occur in 2 installments, $400 payable after successful completion of 30 days of employment, the first installment will be paid the following pay period after the 30-day mark. $600 after 6-month anniversary.
