Description 

Our Delivery Team brings innovative and strategic thinking to the firm and our clients. Our Delivery Directors are responsible for cultivating relationships with existing and new clients; managing accounts; developing new business; developing talent; and providing subject matter/industry expertise; and driving value. 

Essential Functions 

  • Partner with the client to understand the organization’s needs, determine potential project impact then tailor the project approach, project plans and deliverables to meet client expectations. 
  • Drive regular reviews targeting overall readiness for existing and future business needs. 
  • Manage executive stakeholder expectations, ensuring quality delivery across multiple accounts, projects, and work streams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to complex and critical projects. 
  • Actively contribute to business development including, but not limited to: expansion of existing projects, client presentations, proposal review and refinement, and collaboration with Business Development Team on sales pursuits.
  • Develop and manage project financials including forecasting, profitability, invoicing, expense management, and project closure.
  • Work with account leadership to establish and execute the appropriate risk mitigation plan for projects.
  • Direct and mentor resources by understanding career aspirations, developmental areas, and key strengths. Advocate and model a strong focus on performance and career management. 
  • Provide input into resource planning, recruiting, and hiring.  

Desired Experience  

  • 10+ years of consulting/professional services experience required  
  • Experience engaging at the C-suite level, internally and externally
  • Thought leader with experience developing offerings and solutions and effectively communicating points of view in a motivating and inspiring manner
  • Experience managing client relationships and large projects with P/L responsibility including management of financial budgets and execution against targets
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business development opportunities including within existing accounts
  • Experience meeting or exceeding annual managed revenue targets  

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a history of developing and strengthening effective relationships with business and technical staff and C-level executives 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and client deliverable experience 
  • Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives  
  • Ability to foster the development of high performing teams  
  • Ability to initiate and align team efforts to gather, analyze, and interpret data and formulate recommendations and conclusions
  • Ability to identify potential people-side risks and develop and implement specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to personal growth and development 
  • History mentoring and providing oversight to others around project management best practices, progress and time tracking, status reporting, and risk management 

Education, Training & Certifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, master’s degree a plus 

Compensation and Benefits 

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, RevGen offers a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by years of experience, specialized skill sets, and unique qualifications.  For the state of Colorado only, the range of base salary pay for this title is $170,000 to $190,000.

In addition to base salary RevGen provides a discretionary bonus for performance. Amounts are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance. The target for this title is 32%.
