The Director for Anser Advisory provides the planning coordination and direction for a business sector and/or team. Ensures the program(s) and individual projects are on budget and schedule. May supervise Project Managers Construction Managers and other project staff as assigned. Responsible for client interface scope schedule and budget tasks as senior leadership in the field.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
t
Develop an implementation plan and master schedule that reflects the program(s) priorities.
t
Report and collaborate with client’s senior management team.
t
Track all program and project level status and provide management reports relative to scheduling cost control staffing and other related contract requirements.
t
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
t
Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
t
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
t
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
t
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
t
Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
t
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
t
Identify risk and create risk mitigation plans successfully.
t
Develop recommended actions and assist in resolving disputes relative to design and construction.
t
Participate in annual budgeting process.
t
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
t
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
t
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Education:
t
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience is required.
t
15+ Years of experience providing project/program management services.
t
Registration as Architect or Professional Engineer is preferred.
t
Experience in managing the full construction project life-cycle including pre-construction design phases and oversight of constructability reviews is required.
t
Knowledge and application of construction estimating cost project controls/scheduling documentation engineering/construction principles techniques materials applications and practices are required.
t
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products and experience with project related scheduling systems such as MS Project or Primavera are required.
t
Experience in maximizing the benefits of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.
t
Experience in application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is preferred.
