The Director of ABM and Orchestration will help strategize and execute our integrated campaigns for inbound and outbound leads with heavy emphasis on our ABM motion to improve account progression and pipe acceleration. They will also own inbound demand generation programs including content syndication, webinar strategy and execution, email campaigns and other full funnel programs. The role is part of the 360 Demand team and works in collaboration with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, BDR and Sales team.
Your Day to Day
- Develop and deploy multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs, including crafting strategy, budget, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
- Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional marketing teams to drive alignment and ensure the successful execution of ABM strategies
- Collaborate and contribute to regular campaign planning sessions and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to develop demand generation and ABM playbooks including outbound prospecting efforts
- Partner with marketing organization to develop strategic integrated campaigns to drive demand generation for products and personas across marketing channels and full-funnel activities including third-party sponsorships, industry media, content syndication, webinars, nurtures, direct mail, and outbound sales campaigns.Â
- Working closely with marketing operations, Business Operations, BDR and sales organizations, ensure a seamless transition from MQL to SQL, MQA to SQA, addressing any challenges in the pipeline progressionÂ
- Manage 6Sense platform and all 6Sense programsÂ
- Oversee and drive the strategy of our educational webinars (thought leadership + demand gen) across all brands
- Develop and execute high-impact webinar strategies that drive high volume registrations and generate pipeline from our target account lists and beyond.Â
- Manage and execute webinar best practices, marketing trends, and audience engagement techniques to create compelling and interactive webinar experiencesÂ
- Own email nurture and segmentation strategy, working closely with creative, content and marketing operations to execute. Â
- Understand and clearly define segmentation based on personas, targeting and analysisÂ
- Build demand forecasts that articulate the expected cost and outcomes (MQL, MQA, SQL, SQA, Revenue)
About You
- 8-10+ years of proven experience with demand generation and ABM platform technology in a B2B software environment defining and executing strategy for multiple products/brands within enterprise software/technology space
- Experience owning the webinar strategy for a B2B company, optimizing webinar and/or on-line events platforms' performance as well as tracking ROI and lead generation
- Proficient with various marketing automation and AI tools (specifically 6sense, Marketo and SFDC), Google Analytics, ecommerce platforms
- Demonstrated success in managing targeted lead generation efforts, acquisition programs and funnel management
- Proactive self-starter with high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
- Strong, hands on leadership abilities with the experience to manage a small team
- Data-driven and strong analytical skills with an understanding of pipeline management and metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Experience building and managing field marketing campaigns, programs, segmentation, executive and key account programs, as well as digital marketing
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Responsible to deliver against set targets for MQL, MQA, Pipeline
