Director, Account Executive
Job Description
CLEAR is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing on identity sales. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships with clients who are looking for unique identity solutions. CLEAR Verified is not an off-the-shelf product yet, so your role will involve understanding client needs, developing tailored identity solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers and partners.Â
What you'll do:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and target potential clients within the identity management space. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, engaging with prospects, conducting sales meetings, and delivering persuasive presentations that showcase our customized identity solutions
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective clients. Understand their unique business challenges and requirements related to identity management. Provide personalized consultations and effectively position our company as the preferred solution provider
- Solution Development: Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including product development and engineering, to translate client requirements into innovative identity solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the solution development process, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to identity management. Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using our CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities

What you’re great at:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a focus on consultative or solution-based selling
- Strong understanding of identity management, security, and related technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, leveraging consultative selling techniques
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
