A little about the role…

The Director of Account Management will manage, empower and scale a diverse team of talented Account Managers to deliver a world-class customer experience for our clients. In this role, you will have ownership of a team focused on retaining and growing current customers. This role will partner cross-functionally with other leaders across the company, including: Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, as well as your leadership counterparts.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to best serve our customers
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product Management to delight customers and ensure the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure key initiatives aligned with the business strategy are meeting required timelines and executive commitments
  • Educate customers about the utilization and effectiveness of Procare’s products and services
  • Ensure ongoing training and awareness of Procare feature/functionality for employees and customers
  • Enable team to develop, prepare, and nurture the customer for advocacy
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other KPI’s and aid the customer in achieving those goals
  • Develop departmental team goals, action plans, and timetables
  • Ensure that work resources are reviewed and updated as needed
  • Monitor Marketing programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate will have…

  • 5+ years in an Account Management or Client Success position that includes maintaining the customer relationship while supporting a team
  • 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing a team of individual contributors in customer-facing, project delivery roles within a SaaS environment
  • Proven success as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Executive Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Experienced with early childhood education preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

$100k-$140K

Location

This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
