Director, Account Management
Job Description
You will play an important role in leading the growing Account Management team. The Director of Account Management will develop long-term relationships with clients and collaborate cross-functionally with other Nomad key stakeholders. You will lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to meeting the needs of Nomad’s clients.
This will entail:
- Leading the team by fostering an environment of learning and achievement
- Leveraging existing industry relationships to further strengthen our current partnerships at both the MSP and direct Health System level
- Establishing key objectives and metrics for Account Managers to enable peak performance management
- Continuous process assessment to ensure highest level of speed, quality, conversion and fill rates
- Seek expansion opportunities within current accounts and prospects through sales efforts
- Motivate a team of account managers, provide coaching, and plan for success
- Lead internal initiatives to promote growth of account management team
- Develop content and product road map for team improvements and expansion opportunities with cross functional teams
- Work w/Sales team and SalesForce to determine sales path and expansion opportunities
- Manage team of Senior Account Managers who lead AM Teams
- Build team specific Objectives and Key Results that correlate to company-wide Objectives and Key Results and goals
- Develop Account Management team to ensure highest level of speed, quality, conversion & fill rates
- Determine department planning and budget needs
- Develop career pathing and growth opportunities for team members
- Lead client calls to discuss partnership, trends, and expansion
- Manage growth expectations (auto offers, virtual interviews, exclusive, channel partner growth)
- Conduct weekly or bi-weeklys client facing call schedules for nurturing clients
- Analyze looker to identify larger client trends and diagnose problem areas for clients
- Develop and execute internal projects for Nomad's overall growth cross team functionality
- Partner with internal teams to execute client requests
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or applicable work experience)
- 10+ years of prior work experience in a client facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills (internal and external facing)
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets), preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Data analytics and reporting
- Problem solver
- Strong attention to detail
- Presentation and ability to influence
- Previous healthcare experience, a plus
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $142,500 and $175,500, and for a candidate based in NYC to be between $167,500 and $206,500. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on individual and company performance.
