Our Director, Account Management will report to the Sr. Director or AVP, Account Management and be a key member of the Account Management team and operate as a “growth executive.” This role will oversee assigned MedeAnaltyics’ clients with a focus on expanding our partnerships and revenues via existing and new solutions such as our Value-based Care and Data Fabric offerings. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be a dynamic leader with a history of driving retention, growth, and satisfaction within their client base.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Lead and implement sales and customer success strategy from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue
- Collaborate and align with the Marketing team on sales collateral and execute lead-generation campaigns within current Client segments and sub-segmentsÂ
- Increase annual revenues and customer revenue retentionÂ
- Collaborate with Account Management Leadership and product leaders to provide customer-driven feedback and direction to build products that meet customer needsÂ
- Manage the effective utilization of SalesForce across account management teams resulting in consistent use, great accuracy and impeccable integrityÂ
- Skillfully partner with colleagues on the account management team to manage a complex sales environment utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship and presentation skillsÂ
- Understand and utilize MedeAnalytics tools and client system functionality – leveraging to establish adoption and retention strategies with clientsÂ
Requirements:Â
- BS degree in business, or healthcare desired. Advanced degree preferredÂ
- Experience in Software as a service (“SaaS”) operating model in healthcare required
- Ability to travel 25% and work flexible hours when requiredÂ
- 8+Â years of experience leading customer-facing organizations with a proven track record of managing and growing assigned clients and hitting revenue and growth targets
- Possess extensive knowledge of healthcare payer and/or provider operations with a vision for how analytics can impact cost, quality, equity, access, utilization, revenue, denials, patient satisfaction and other key industry driversÂ
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-buildingÂ
- Ability to establish, nurture and leverage relationships with client executive leadership and decision-makers
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire othersÂ
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong communication/presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate thoughts, concepts and ideas into understandable, workable informationÂ
- Impeccable service ethic characterized by high energy, a positive attitude and the desire to go “the extra mile” for both internal clients and teammatesÂ
- Experience implementing creative ways to increase pipeline, managing cross-selling analysis, activities and close processesÂ

Compensation Information:
- Base Salary Range: USD $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 + AM Incentive Plan + Performance Bonus
- **Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
