Duties / Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate key value metrics and outcomes to key customer stakeholdersÂ
- Establish and enforce communication strategies across all clientsÂ
- Establish and deliver training programs aligned with customer requirementsÂ
- Track and report on adoption and key outcome goals identified by the program and outcomes teamsÂ
- Stakeholder mapping and managementÂ
- Ensure customer alignment on current and future state across all clientsÂ
- Manage communications deliverables across all workstreams and clientsÂ
- Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time by IntactÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferredÂ
- Minimum of 10 years’ experienceÂ
- Credible and experienced change management expert with strategic insight and proven capability to drive results across a large-scale, operating organizationÂ
- Sound understanding and practical application of change management methodologiesÂ
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practicesÂ
- Subject matter expert who understands how to create change management plans that directly align with and support overall businessÂ
- An extensive understanding of how people and organizations go through change and the change processÂ
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinkerÂ
- Effectively able to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with a proven track recordÂ
- Empathetic and seek to understandÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences using different channelsÂ
- Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skillsÂ
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross functional change initiatives; experience with both business (commercial and federal) and HR-related initiatives is preferredÂ
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Oversee and provide overall HR management across OCM and Training teams including annual reviews, salary increases and bonus allocationsÂ
