The Role
As the Director of Agile Operations, you will lead and mentor teams, foster collaboration across departments, and drive continuous improvements. While a background in donor management software or the nonprofit sector is preferred, valuable experience can come from various industries and roles. Ideally, you will have experience working at a SaaS product company and thrive in fast-paced environments
What You Will Do
- Oversee quality of product discovery, story writing, and tracking of team metrics for the entire department
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure a smooth transition from product discovery to production release
- Ensure teams are following Agile processes and best practices
- Act as a liaison between teams, technical staff, and stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of Scrum Masters while developing career pathing
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience with Agile operations and management
- Experience with program management for projects that span multiple Scrum teams
- Advanced Jira skills: Mastery in configuring Jira boards, workflows, and reports to optimize team performance.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify effective solutions.
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Data analysis skills: Ability to interpret metrics and leverage data to identify trends, track progress, and make informed decisions.
- Experience with scaling Agile practices: Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling Agile practices across large organizations.
- Experience with DevOps: Understanding of DevOps principles and practices to facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Experience with Lean principles: Familiarity with Lean methodologies and how they can be applied to optimize workflows and processes.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $143,000 - $194,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
