About You
The Director, Amazon Onsite Marketing and Media will create account level strategies to deliver acquisition, reactivation, and retention strategies to drive profitable growth on Amazon for the Nutrafol business.This position will drive company Amazon growth by owning the end-to-end customer journey and retention strategy, with a focus on growing and engaging our subscriber base to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
The team is looking for a thought leader with experience translating their creative vision into an end-to-end brand experience that delivers measurable growth against key retention metrics. This role requires a growth and data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the value of a rapid test and learn approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies on attracting & acquiring new customers on Amazon, in order to meet KPIs & maximize ROI.
- Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty, improve customer retention rate & reduce churn.
- Leverage data to provide effective strategies that acquire and retain customers as well as anticipate cultural & buying trends.
- Manage budget and advertising spend, and find new ways to attract/retain customers, while driving revenue.Â
- Develop and own the partnership and communications with external agency partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to align strategically and maximize all opportunities.
- Establish Amazon’s Retention Marketing strategy and approach to CRM, including defining KPIs, customer segmentation, and the customer journey.
- Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in advertising, marketing, business management, communication or any business-related field.
- 5+ years of experience working on media, brand and/or content strategy
- 5+ years experience with analytics tools, business and shopper insights and data-driven planning and optimization
- 5+ years experience with maintaining and creating brand standards while driven engaging consumer messaging for omnichannel
- Experience managing large media budgets and creating allocation strategy for highest ROI
- Hands-on experience delivering and presenting data and insights to Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business decisionsÂ
- In depth understanding of digital marketing and retail ecommerce landscape best practices, with direct experience in online advertising
- Creative thinker and strategist to create unique out of the box solutions for growth
- Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$160,000—$190,000 USD
