Director-Analytics

The role of the Director Analytics is a high-impact and Prominent role within the Analytics team. You will work closely with leadership across Engineering, GTM, Product and Analytics Teams to define new opportunities, develop roadmaps, and align stakeholders to deliver Analytics-driven products.

• Partner with the analytics strategy team to build and mature the end-to-end solution for a VBC contract management product (including contract modeling, performance tracking, and reconciliation for different types of VBC contracts).
• Closely work with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build our thought leadership, be the SME for the customer and prospect conversations, and gather end-user feedback on our offerings.
• Analyze customer data to identify actionable cost savings/efficiency improvement opportunities that can then be embedded in our standard dashboards for all our customers to use.
• You will be required to stay up to date with upcoming federal regulations, analyze its impact on our products/solutions, and work with respective teams to adapt their solutions to new guidelines/regulations.
• Work with the development team to automate manual reporting required by different users in health-systems
• Improve our products/solutions by collecting feedback from the users to help build products that truly delight customers and reduce the manual work required by different users.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, economics, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare economics, actuarial, data analysis, and program management
• Knowledge of VBC programs such as CMS MSSP, ACO Reach programs, capitation risk management, bundles etc.
• Experience working with healthcare data, including claims data and electronic health records
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data and findings to a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and teams
