Job Description:
The Arrow Studio Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall creative strategy for content marketing programs. Arrow Studio offers digital and e-marketing campaigns, innovative web design, and captivating video digital streaming content. This role requires a strategic thinker, a visionary leader, and a creative powerhouse who can build a robust, technology-centric value proposition for customers in the electronics industry. The right leader will inspire and lead by example, empowering the team to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive the overarching content & creative marketing strategy for Arrow Studio and our customers in the electronics industry, aligning it with business objectives and client needs.
- Lead all client collaboration activity to understand their goals and drive the development of customized campaigns that address their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Oversee the conceptualization, design strategy, creation, and production of high-quality digital, e-marketing, web design, and video streaming content that engages and educates our clients' target audience.
- Lead and inspire a creative team of designers, content creators, videographers, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set the team vision and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to understand client strategies, target audiences, and marketing objectives. Translate these insights into content marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and client ROI.
- Develop and oversee the studio cost and budget, effectively allocating resources to each region/BU.
- Identify key areas of content marketing opportunity from macro, consumer and competitive trends; collaborate with internal partners to develop recommendations to drive continuous innovation and new business development.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine marketing strategies, optimize initiatives and improve ROI.
- Creates & maintains a thriving team environment and work experience that encourages creativity, innovation, flexibility, accountability, and high creative and ethical standards to strengthen and protect the brand.
- Implement and leverage Workfront, and other marketing & design tools, to help develop, document, and streamline the workflow process and priorities within the Studio group and business.
- Drives a culture where inclusion and diversity are business imperatives that underlie everything we do.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15 + years of proven success in content marketing, digital marketing, and/or creative leadership roles, ideally within the electronics or technology sector. Prior agency experience strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative campaigns across various channels and mediums.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing strategies, e-marketing, web design principles, and video streaming best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop creative and diverse talent.
- A proven track record for winning business and elevating the profile and profitability of the creative department.
- Proficiency in creative software tools and platforms, such as Workfront, project management software, and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong collaborator with the ability to effectively manage opposing viewpoints and productively take and respond to feedback from others.
- Embraces the business end of the role, reviewing scopes and staffing allocations and contributing to, or crafting presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
Work Arrangement: (Effective Sept. 1, 2023
- Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$188,700.00 - $254,375.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
