About the Role
Tubi is looking for a Director, B2B Marketing to join our B2B Marketing team focused on optimizing every interaction with the ad buying community across the purchase cycle. Reporting to the VP of B2B Marketing, you will lead development of demand generation strategies, executions, measurement and optimizations.Â
With an emphasis on sales enablement and content marketing this role will spearhead the development and implementation of Tubi’s B2B sales collateral, competitive positioning and thought leadership working closely with ad product, sales leadership and Audience Research.Â
This position can be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles and will manage a team of 3 located in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver. Some travel may be required for this position.Â
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop measurement plan and tactics to optimize B2B marketing efforts, further connecting marketing and sales activities to revenue and retentionÂ
- Develop content intended to stimulate interest, drive engagement and consideration for Tubi’s solutions including: pitch decks, case studies, infographics, explainer videos and more, to be distributed across multiple sales and marketing channels.
- Own B2B competitive intelligence and trainingÂ
- Manage owned B2B Channels including trade website and LinkedIn
- Manage a team of 3 marketers focused on supporting this role and carrying through executions based on a foundational strategy across content management and sales enablement.Â
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics
- Excellent writing and presentation development
- Deep experience in the advertising industry and a general knowledge of the video investment ecosystem
- Critical thinking skills - you can analyze data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Know your way around the tools of the trade–ex: CRM, marketing automation, social listening platforms.Â
- Project management - attention to detail while also driving towards long-term goals
- Creative bent - you have the ability to take projects from initial concept stages through to completion with a resolve to create the best customer experience
Basic Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience within the advertising, ad tech and/or relevant marketing organizationsÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Impressive references and portfolio of previously published work
