- Drive Georgia brand business growth through brand value enhancement
- Drive assigned Georgia brand initiatives such as new product development, IMX development, and business assessment.
- Lead the development of assigned category growth strategies & execution planning to deliver short and mid/long-term growth.

What You'll Do for Us
- Manage assigned category financial performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.
- Develop assigned category growth strategies and Georgia brand enhancement plans through LRP and ABP processes.
- Develop annual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.
- Represent the category at key alignment occasions, including business planning routines with global community, OU other functions, and local bottlers.
- Develop 3-year innovation pipeline with timely alignment with key stakeholders.
- Support capability development and career guidance for team members.

- Brand enhancement & consumer-centric thinking, strategic planning capabilities, and portfolio management skills
- Human centricity, open-mindedness for new challenges and new ways of working
- Business financial understanding (NSR, GP, MP, marketing-related expenditures, CAPEX) and complex market/human-based data comprehension
- Lead by example with growth behavior (Curiosity, Inclusivity, Agility, Empowerment)
- Enterprise mindset and global communication skills to contribute to the global community.
