Job Description
The Role
- Develop a brand strategy for Korea market building on business strategy
- Contribute to global and local innovation and category development
- Lead communication development across all touchpoints with focusing on digital
- Steer and fully execute marketing mix and communication campaigns, as well as
product management including pricing and brand activities
- Bring initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit to improve our consumer understanding and differentiate from our competition
- Monitor market trends and moves, drawing sound conclusions for implementation
- Coordinate external agencies and cross functional teams, and exposure to the main stakeholders and top management

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent is required and Master's degree is plus
- Minimum of ten years experience in Marketing of FMCG (ideally multinational company) is required
- Minimum of three years experience as a team leader is preferred
- Financial acumen is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) is preferred
- Good communication skill in Korean and English is required

What you'll do for us
Develop Long Range Strategic Business Plan and Annual Execution Business Plan for
sustainable value growth with Category lead
- Compelling growth strategy development covering brand vision, positioning to growth paths, brand edge enhancement to expand user base, and portfolio management.
- Solid brand initiatives planning and execution together with brand marketing calendar development (such as products, packages, communications, and promotional activities)
- Lead to work closely with complex cross functional teams across the Coca-Cola Japan & Korea OU and bottler
- Deliver commercial execution plans by closely working with other function
- Manage marketing communications plans by closely working with Georgia Content member and IMX team.
- Manage portfolio strategy, maintenance, and expansion working with Georgia Innovation
-Develop long-term and short-term business objective and strategy in line with global direction.
- Manage financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits and lead business forecasting yearly/ quarterly basis.
- Translates the product roadmap into concrete product specifications for a small product range with known functionality and existing technologies.
- Design and optimize category/ product portfolio through analyzing business performance and identifying market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and insights.
- Identify key business drivers and steer the course to build business.
- Deliver operational excellence collaborating with cross functional team.
