We’re seeking a big-thinking and creatively proven marketing leader to grow our Brand Marketing team and collaborate across Found’s business. We are searching for a creative, empowering lead who keeps a close eye on today’s cultural movements and who understands that building a brand in 2022 requires a different strategy than it did in the past. This leader will work both at strategic and tactical levels being able to effortlessly move between a 30,000 view and boots on the ground. They will seek to understand our customers, view program efficacy as our north star, and partner deeply with cross-functional teams to bring their ideas to life.
What You’ll Do
- Own the brand marketing strategy to drive awareness and credibility for Found in a saturated market, while partnering with other marketing leaders to nurture the complete funnel, incl. interest and acquisition
- Tackle brand marketing with an analytical mindset to be able to establish KPIs, measure success, and connect the increase in mindshare to the ultimate business goal of increasing market share
- Champion the Found brand purpose across the company, helping to drive integration of our brand principles into all parts of the customer experience and marketing funnel
- Identify and harness key consumer insights, craft fresh and relevant messaging, and create a compelling brand narrative and brand experience that bring the Found brand to life across touchpoints (web, social, content, earned media) and inspire our customers
- Be scrappy and resourceful to maximize the impact of our media dollars; for example, engage in guerrilla marketing, influencer marketing, community/field marketing, online echo-chambers and other community/field marketing
- Design and build the brand organization, (think Brand strategy, PR, Creative, Content, Social, Product Marketing, User research, etc.) to support the strategies with scalability in mind
- Exemplify the brand and its values as a leader of the company, managing and mentoring your ever-growing team and cultivating their strengths
- Stay attuned to the cultural zeitgeist (e.g. health & wellness, body positivity, etc.) through organic means and by onboarding the appropriate research tools and teams
- Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism
- 10 years of prior experience cultivating and 5 years of leading a brand organization for a mission-driven brand that has helped to redefine brand engagement with its customers, ideally for a consumer technology or a health-driven consumer business
- Past success in launching an innovative, modern product or service with a complex brand story that touched a broad and diverse audience
- Accustomed to leveraging data, analytics, insights and metrics to propel brand strategy and execute marketing programs that deliver measurable value
- Grows and maintains strong dynamics between media partners, agencies, studios, etc to create a variety of engaging brand experiences successfully
