As the Director of Brand Marketing at PDQ, you will play a pivotal role in directly influencing our brand perception, amplifying thought leadership, and contributing significantly to achieving overall marketing team goals. Leading the Content Marketing and Creative teams, you will also partner closely with the Media team to ensure that our content supports campaigns across the full buyer’s journey. This role will lead our overall content strategy and calendar, driving long-term messaging, short and long-term content goals, and creative generation across the company. 

What you'll be doing:

• Own PDQ’s overall content marketing strategy and calendar; delivering a plan that exceeds defined business objectives and engages our audience. 
• Refine and strengthen the perception of PDQ in the market, ensuring we bring a fun, differentiated, and consistent brand and visual identity in the market
• Manage the Content Marketing and Creative teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and support, fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment 
• Direct the work of an external agency for PR and earned media opportunities 
• Create guidelines and processes that ensure our strategy, voice, and identity are well-understood and easily adopted
• Oversee the development of content that empowers our demand generation and customer marketing teams to effectively guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, encompassing various formats such as SEO-optimized web content, collateral, and nurturing campaigns

We're looking for people who have:

•  7-10 years in a brand and content marketing role within a B2B SaaS company targeting SMBs. Product Led Growth experience strongly preferred. 
• Bachelors degree 
• A successful track record of building brands and campaigns that drive measurable results with their target audiences 
• Experience across brand strategy, integrated campaign execution, and media strategy. 
• Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry's nuances and challenges 
• Proven ability to lead teams, innovate content strategies, and drive brand recognition through impactful storytelling 
• Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
