SUMMARY: Primary responsibilities include developing and executing business strategy, leading sales and market development, delivering sales and operating profit goals, product planning, implementing merchandising and marketing programs, increasing retail presence and team development for Lincoln Industries' branded product lines.
WAGE TYPE: Salaried Exempt, Incentive Compensation Plan

- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction of branded product lines
- Identifying, developing, and launching new markets and products
- Directs and manages sales forces to achieve sales and profit goals
- Identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements
- Product development through conception, design, product launch
- Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs, review and analyze for effectiveness
- Manages budget and expenses, SKU and product life cycles to drive operating profit
- Establishes short and long-term sales strategies
- A wide degree of creative latitude is expected
- People Development - Actively drive the development of people within the department to ensure strong succession plans exist and people are in the "right seats on the bus". Actively develop self & others
- Manage professionally:
- Communicate effectively with peers, direct reports and supervisors
- Achieve optimized organizational performance by selecting, on boarding, and developing direct reports
- Work effectively with others and other work units
- Plan, organize, control, and motivate
- Could potentially handle hazardous waste in containerizing, transporting, testing, or other assigned duties.
- Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
- Reports to: President
- Direct reports: Manager of Lincoln Chrome (truck), Manager of Khrome Werks (motorsports), Marketing Manager, Design Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Expected: Bachelors degree in business, sales or related field. Proven experience leading sales organizations.
Preferred:Advanced degree - technical or MBA
Consumer product related sales leadership experience
10-15 years of experience leading sales organizations or equivalent experience
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel 25%+ of the year
Other Skills:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to complete physical functions equivalent to Category B.
