Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or cost control, with at least 5 years in the construction industry
• Proven track record of managing budgets and cost control for multiple large-scale construction projects
