What You'll Do
This role is located in Las Vegas and requires candidates be living in Las Vegas and work a minimum of 3 days in the office in a hybrid work model.
The Director of Business Analytics will lead the business analytics team and function within North America, LATAM and EMEA. The Director will be responsible for defining the overall strategy for the team and building out performance data analytics across the 3 regions through our RevMax Plus program and by collaborating with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This role will drive key analytics across our product portfolio and focus on developing innovative advanced analytics models and tools to advance our analytics product offerings to external customers and to be leveraged to drive increasing product performance, optimize and streamline operations and better targeting and sales execution. This position requires the ability to be a hands-on advanced analytics leader, translate business objectives to a wide range of stakeholders and have executive presentation and communication skills.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years leading advanced analytics organization
  • 5+ years building advanced analytics models or analytic algorithms (predictive modeling, regression forecasting)
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to small and large groups including Global Executives and deal with unexpected questions and challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills with prior experience leading efforts in commercializing analytics products and solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technical field
  • Experience with modern data stacks, languages, and warehouses (Spark, Snowflake/BigQuery, R, Python/Pandas)
  • Excellent and proven project management skills
  • Experience and familiarity with Continuous Improvement concepts and framework
  • Transformational and seasoned advanced analytics, data science and quantitative skills with proven ability to drive results and lead a team from vision through execution and delivery
  • Ability to provide leadership by applying quantitative analytics to business problems
  • A track record around driving innovation and transformative change using data analytics
  • Experience working effectively in complex organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, leading through a matrix, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities

Pay Range
$158,564-$294,477
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
