Director, Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling clinical trial software to pharmaceutical and biotech companies, specifically randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) software. 
• Develop territory and account plans.
• Identify prospective new customers.
• Establish an organized and methodical approach for prospecting. 
• Understand the eClinical marketplace and RTSM competitive landscape.
• Establish and maintain client relationships while prospecting for new opportunities. 
• Educate customers on the value of Endpoint Clinical and our solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and log all activities in our Salesforce customer relationship management system. 
• Communicate activities and coordinate sales pipeline with sales leadership. 
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients about the Endpoint Clinical solutions. 
• Facilitate the development of quotes and proposals with the support of the sales operations and solutions team. 
• Participate in various trade shows and conferences.
• Travel will be required to meet with customers, as well as attend company meetings and tradeshows.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience

Experience:

• 4+ years of software, eClinical technology, or pharmaceutical services-related sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales.
