What You Will Be Doing:

• Strategic creativity: in-depth knowledge of Arrow's capabilities and insight to assemble the right combination to deliver a scalable solution for the customer, while agile at quickly developing expertise of the customer's needs, organizational structure, buying decision stakeholders and process, etc.

• Tactical follow-through: works with the business groups and actively contributes to idea generation, milestone definitions, driving accountability, management of communications, and overall "program leadership" of the relationship.

• Operational savvy: responsibility doesn't stop at deal close. Post-close, establishes quarterly (or monthly as needed) business reviews. Tracks and provide read-outs and surface new opportunities as customer and Arrow get to know each other better.

• Executive relationship maturity: externally, presence and maturity to foster relationship building with senior customer executives, especially in the automotive and software sectors. Internally, able to balance well between being respectful to colleagues and the persistence required at times to get deliverables across the line on time.

What we are looking for:
Typically requires 10-15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$164,500.00 - $275,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
