Blue Prismยฎ is looking for passionate, hardworking, innovative and creative people to join our Cloud automation team. Working alongside Cloud solutions consultants, project managers and customer success managers to deliver customer projects across numerous industries which deliver immediate ROI and a strong development foundation for the client moving forward and helping them on their development journey.

In this role, you will report to the VP of Business Development & Inside Sales, and work alongside a high performing team that focuses on understanding the business needs of our customers around the world. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for all aspects of the BDR lifecycle, from hiring and retaining top talent, to managing the day-to-day operations, analytics and overall strategy and partnership with all other GTM teams including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Marketing. You will have the responsibility to assist in establishing and implementing best practices, sales cadence, and sales culture. is strongly preferred. Above all, the candidate must be self-motivated, have a senior demeanor, be dedicated and enthusiastic.

Salary range for the position: $102,000 - $138,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Requirements
  • Work with your leadership team and extended teams to develop the sales plays, product campaigns and industry skills of each team member
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC and how to ensure proper structure and administration.
  • Adopt and optimize the operations of the BDR organization (able to recommend areas for improvement in process and productivity) with a data driven approach.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and creation of email campaigns.
  • Willingness to work with BDRs individually to go through their targets and identify strengths and weaknesses and coach them to improvement.
  • Grow and coach team to insure attainment of quarterly and annual quota.
  • Be self-motivated and continually looking for new use cases, best practices, and examples that can be shared with your direct team, and the extended sales team.
  • Oversee sales pipeline and reporting cadence; provide weekly forecast to management.
  • Work with Senior Management to continually educate and drive thought leadership across the sales team.

Preferred
  • Previous experience as a sales leader and a track record of growth
  • At least 5 years' of BDR Leadership or experience in leading an Inside Sales Team
  • Previous experience working with marketing to align and strengthen prospecting strategies and goals.
