Title: Director, Business Development, Measurement Partnerships

Location: New York

 

Position Summary:

Come join the inMobi Business Development Team, where you will be responsible for managing InMobi’s relationships with measurement and attribution vendors across the advertising ecosystem to ensure proper measurement of InMobi impact on ROAS. This role will have purview over all flavors of measurement (including but not limited to brand lift, sales lift, foot traffic lift, MTA, MMM, viewability, IVT, attention metrics, brand safety, and ad quality). While the role will entail identification, evaluation and negotiation of direct partnerships in some categories, the most critical aspect of the role is cultivating deep, collaborative relationships with measurement vendors, particularly those that typically contract with and operate on behalf of the buy side (MMM and MTA vendors in particular come to mind) to ensure InMobi is represented appropriately in their models. As a result, qualified candidates must have deep knowledge and expertise in both the principles and mechanics of how such measurement models work.

The role has a global remit and will support the needs of our teams across North America, EMEA and APAC. This role will also be expected to evolve over time to also include development of the measurement and attribution roadmap to support InMobi’s first-party Glance properties in addition to our third-party focused advertising platforms.

 

The Experience You’ll Need: 

  • 8+ years of experience in measurement and attribution in digital advertising or ad tech
  • Demonstrated experience managing and/or structuring collaborative partnerships with measurement and attribution vendors
  • Deep understanding of the adtech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data providers, service providers, etc.) and value chains
  • Must have demonstrated practical knowledge and experience working with MMM and MTA measurement technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to clearly perceive and articulate value propositions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Autonomous self-starter able to manage end-to-end partnership discussions
  • A “win-win mindset” and ability to walk in the shoes of our partners.
  • Prior experience in product management roles is a strong plus.

The Impact You’ll Make: 

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships that ensure appropriate measurement of the ROAS impact of InMobi products and services
  • Work closely across functions internally and with external partners to understand customer needs, comprehend and influence how InMobi products and services are measured, and provide feedback to internal product teams to influence product roadmap priorities
  • Create material and demonstrable revenue impact through measurement enablement

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location.  

The base (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $149,235 USD to $236,288 USD (Min and Max of Base Pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.   

*Our ranges may vary based on final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.  

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution.
