Director, Business Implementation
Job Description
Oversee the implementation of the product into assigned business units, ensuring alignment with strategies and goals and consistency in implementation processes, methodology, and models.
Oversee the development of business implementation strategies, including identification and engagement of key resources to support projects.
Lead teams covering all essential functions during the implementation phase.
Provide leadership and oversight of the business implementation processes, managing company adherence to standard implementation processes as well as ensuring business implementation are within budget, timeline, and scope requirements.
Develop and maintain standard models and tools for the implementation approach.
Provide input into operating models, standard corporate functional and information system models, performance metrics, expected outcomes and plan impacts.
Maintain standard implementation organizational structures, team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, timeline, issue and decision logs, change control and executive reports.
Support growth strategy for new business markets and products.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of project management experience, including detailed understanding and experience applying project management methodologies and tools. 5+ years of Government Programs Managed Care experience in multiple areas of Operations (Claims, Provider/Mbr Services/Medical Management/ Network, etc).
