We are looking for a leader to join our Business Model Planning and Design team to define and execute an engagement model with internal stakeholders that will extract their critical business needs and ready them for program execution! Reporting to Meraki’s Senior Director of Business Model Planning and Design, you will work closely with internal functional leaders and use planning and prioritization to build clear roadmaps with tangible requirements that will accelerate business transformation and improve efficiency. You will lead our functional planning and business design efforts, working to identify and deliver our clients’ highest priorities while participating in operating cadences grounded in our values and best practices. And, you will be the voice of your stakeholders for critical, enterprise-level, multi-functional initiatives, guiding on capabilities needed for a high-growth, subscription forward business. What You Will Do:- Own, direct, and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of business designers and architects responsible for medium-to-large sized projects that may involve complex cross-functional dependencies and interdependent solutions.
- Ensure that NX stakeholder needs are captured, prioritized, and readied for execution with clear value measures, capability roadmaps, and business requirements.
- Partner with Program Management and Delivery leaders to establish and operate a motion that provides transparency to stakeholders, with documented program plans, meaningful status, and that properly involve stakeholders in mitigating risks and making trade-off decisions.
- Partner with NX SVPs, GMs, and other Senior Leaders to maximize the value they derive from key business applications, help them adopt core services, and identify process and application improvements.
- Proactively assess the core services we provide, benchmarking our key business applications against external technology trends and internal customer roadmaps to identify future improvements and investment opportunities
- Lead, grow, and invest in a team of business designers and architects, building and sustaining an environment centered on trust, learning, belonging, and accountability.

- Leading high-visibility, enterprise-level, initiatives with high revenue/cost mitigation impact in dynamic environments with tight turnarounds.
- Leading change to accelerate an organization’s business outcomes.
- Designing systems using project lifecycle management (design, testing, implementation, and support).
- 10+ years of Business Process or consulting experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations & Fulfilment functions.
- 5+ years of leadership experience at a senior level.

Compensation Range: $140,000 USD -$210,700Â USDÂ
