Director, Business Operations

This role can be out of our NJ Headquarters or remote.

CoreWeave is searching for a Director of Business Operations to join our team.  In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational efficiency of CoreWeave, collaborating closely with the executive team to shape our company's vision and translate it into actionable projects and initiatives, optimizing our processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team in the strategic planning process to develop, prioritize and execute projects supporting the company vision 
• Map out end-to-end workflows and identify process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lead initiatives to streamline activity, reduce costs and increase productivity across the organization
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to continuously monitor, improve key performance indicators and lead change management initiatives throughout the company
• Support all areas of the business in capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure growth plans are met
• Build a team of business operations analysts and data engineers, providing mentorship, leadership and opportunities to grow and scale with the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology or cloud-based company, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Visionary thinking and the ability to align operations with broader company goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
