About the role:
We are seeking a unique and multi-talented individual to take on the role of Director of Operations, Global Creator Partnerships. This position requires a visionary operational leader with exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, who will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Creator Officer (CCO) and the Global Creator Partnerships Team to allow them to excel in curating creators for brands,  elevating creator work, and educating our creator campaign partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management, process development and adoption, plus the ability to pivot in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Lead and oversee the operational needs of the Global Creator Partnerships team, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination within the department and cross functionally.
• Manage the workflow across the Global CP team: updating tracking docs, leveraging project management tools, as well as forecasting bandwidth against new campaigns from the brands sales teams.
• Craft and manage agendas for the Global Creator Partnerships team meetings.
• Organize and maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
• Foster a culture that embodies the department's core behaviors, such as collaboration, curiosity, creativity, and proactivity.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism as many of our clients require NDAs.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Global Creator Partnerships team when needed, in areas such as research, data analysis, or project coordination.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 8-10 years of professional experience
  
• 4+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management
  
• Adept at identifying inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions that optimize team performance and prevent bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operations and continued growth.
• Proven experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field, with a focus on global markets.
• Strong leadership skills with and experience in managing diverse global, and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration and efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in executive support or a similar role, preferably within the creator or influencer marketing space.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities and experience with data analytics tools.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and communities in the creator space.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing industry.

The salary range for this role is: $115 to $125K + bonus + benefits
