WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Director Product Owner will serve as our Subject Matter Expert on the Workday/ServiceNow solution and directly lead specific product owners. This role will partner with global product owners to design team and peers in key geographies and/or global teammates on implementation and ongoing management. This role is responsible for directly managing, prioritizing and developing the roadmap to enable COE's specifically. In addition, you will champion more digitally enabled solutions and drive continuous improvement in our ways of working with technology by ensuring governance, quality and SLA's are met across HR and Technology.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Strategic:

- Develop multi-year road map in partnership with Product Owners.

- Continually deliver on a streamlined teammate experience that consistently minimizes friction in how teammates engage with HR allowing for solid business insights and consulting.

- You will partner with our technology team to influence the Workday product roadmap, understanding and articulating business needs to drive and evaluate/set roadmap priorities.

- Develop strategic solutions with technology to spearhead the strategy across COE's and HR teams.

OPERATIONAL:

- Collect detailed process and technology requirements to support the design of future-state service processes.

- Plan and drive the execution of key project activities such as training, content development, operations design, service dress rehearsal, cutover, etc.

- Plan design workshops and coordinate the collection and maintenance of design decisions made by leadership.

LEADERSHIP:

- Mentor and develop highly skilled team to be accountable to process adherence, deadlines and compliance of data accuracy.

- Ensure the teams are properly trained, accountable and equipped with the resources needed to deliver results.

- Create an inclusive and growth-mindset team in a cross-functional environment.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Work closely with COE's to establish business strategy.

Define business processes and cross-functional connection points with our technology team to plan the business strategy.

Take lead on managing business stakeholder governance structure.

Collaborate with TPM on overall frameworks and tracking mechanisms.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

- 5-7 years' professional experience.

- Experience in leading, mentoring, and encouraging a team of direct reports.

- 2+ Workday experience is required.

- A minimum of 3 years experience in global HR processes; shared service center/operations experience is preferred

- 4+ years of Workday experience (certification is desired)

* Remote Work Option - open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,000 to $285,000. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
