Job Duties

• Serve as the Business Systems leader on strategic initiatives and system implementations throughout the end-to-end solution design and development, from design through deployment.
• Work closely with team members, leaders, and product owners to execute product delivery as well as continual strategy setting and evaluation of delivery team structure in alignment with firm needs and direction.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and relationships with internal Business partners and adjacent Technology organizations including Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program Management Office and Enterprise Architecture
• Help with development of relevant training materials, business process flows and SOP’s, and support training delivery to relevant team members.
• Problem solve and provide hands-on support during post-go live hyper care and support phases.
• Drive decisions across cross-functional teams in both the technical and operational areas, ensuring tradeoffs are understood and mitigations are put in place when required.
• Working knowledge on business process like lead to quote, order to cash, record to report, procure to pay, Sales Commissions, Integrations and etc.
• Hands on Enterprise Architect for business systems like, Netsuite, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Concur, Avalara, FloQast, Anaplan, Celigo, Dell Boomi, Xactly etc
• Position requires travel 10-20% of working year. May telecommute

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
• Experience must include:
• Configuring Enterprise software systems, such as: Netsuite; Salesforce; Coupa; Concur; Avalara; FloQast; Anaplan; Celigo; Dell Boomi; Xactly; ADP; Spiff; People management; Project Management; Customer Relationship management; Working in a global environment; Analytical skills.

Salary Range

• Rate of pay: $229,986 per Year
