Director Business Systems Implementation

Job Description:

Responsible for directing the support of business systems implementation functions within a business unit.

How you will make an impact:

• Directs business systems analysis and system configuration functions, including the testing of systems changes prior to implementation into the production environment.
• Directs support functions related to business systems implementation such as quality improvement, reporting and metrics, training, and related project management.
• May lead and direct subordinate management staff as well as individual contributors.
• Participates on enterprise wide projects or committees that span multiple business units.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years related management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Project management certification preferred.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Workforce management experience preferred.
• Project Management cert preferred.
• Director level experience preferred.
