Overview:
The BT Change Management, Adoption & Effectiveness Director leads the development of the Business Technology transformation story and creates the vision, brand and change management strategy on a global scale. This highly visible role builds relationships primarily with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of the Business Technology transformation story and creates the vision, brand and change management strategy
- Designs and executes effective change management, training and adoption strategies across the BT organization ensuring plans are tied to the overarching BT change story and brand
- Co-develops the Employee Experience roadmap in partnership with the Digital Lead (scope includes BT Support Services, Workplace collaboration and Office of the Future experiences)
- Partners across BT and with Corporate Communications Team to develop an integrated release calendar, focused on improving the employee experienced and coordinates the deployment, marketing and communications plan for maximum adoption
- Leads and executes a BT Employee Engagement & Communications Plans
- Leads a team of Program and Project Managers to be assigned to oversee top projects and programs across BT
- Develop and define success metrics and measurement strategies to evaluate change adoption progress, lead ongoing analysis of program performance
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business or closely related field required
- Master's degree strongly preferred
- Manage 2+ Bunge Employees (globally dispersed)
- 10 plus years demonstrated experience in a strategic role within Digital Transformations in a large-scale, multi-national, corporate environment for change management initiatives required
- Effective communication skills including verbal, listening and presentation skills required with the ability to influence all levels of the organization including C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability in aligning leaders including the ability to gain trust and form strong business alliances with all levels of leadership
- Ability to travel, including global travel, approximately 25%
- Remote position leveraging audio visual technology
- Willingness to submit change management portfolio examples
