Job Summary

This leader will be an advocate of Quality Assurance in the realm of Business Testing with a dedicated focus on industry recognized Best Practices. This leader should have a deep understanding of the development lifecycle and effective project management, and will establish a Business Testing Program framework for projects, maintenance, and configuration. This leader will evaluate our Business Testing maturity, build a strategic plan to improve or maintain, and develop / apply advanced testing principles and concepts that are standardized and perpetuate throughout the Business. The incumbent will have experience in and expectation to manage testing departments or testing functions for large and complex activities and processes. This leader will partner and integrate heavily with Operations, PMO, and IT partners to drive forward progress and set the standard for high quality delivery of products and services.

This leader will be the department head for Business Testing, and will provide oversight, hiring, problem resolution, and is accountable for assurance that day to day operations and program execution remain on track to meet organizational objectives and timelines.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years Testing, Leadership and Project Management experience. As well as experience with Jira.

Preferred:
Experience: Healthcare Insurance Industry - 5 Years
Certifications: Six Sigma Green + Certification
Certifications: PMP Certification
Systems: QNXT; NetworX Pricer; EDM; Salesforce; Macess

Qualifications:

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
