With over 20 years in business, we have the stability of an established company with the speed and agility of a startup, where ingenuity and risk-taking are encouraged, and every employee has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

Who You Are?

You’re a motivated Transformation leader who is skilled and passionate about creating and leading a function focused on steering BHG through change. You excel at understanding requirements and designing tight, scalable sites to match. This position involves a strategic approach to improving processes, systems, and structures while keeping the company’s long-term goals in focus. By leading a team that will analyze current business practices and identify areas for enhancement, the Business Transformation Manager develops and implements strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaboration with various departments is essential to align transformation initiatives with the organization’s objectives, ensuring that every change contributes positively to the company’s evolution and growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of how to manage change within a business context, making it integral to an organization’s ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic market environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and lead a newly formed function focusing on transformation across BHG.
  • Partner closely with leaders, aligning the roles and responsibilities of the team within the existing operating model focused on process engineering, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, and facilitating change management activities.
  • Creating and maintaining Process flows and standard operating procedures across BHG.
  • Creating and rolling out a center of excellence for change management, including standards, templates, and frameworks that can be executed across the lending functions.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic transformation initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
  • Lead a team focused on analyzing current business processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations for senior management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and other shared services functions to secure the resources and expertise required for transformation projects.
  • Conduct research to develop new and improved processes across the lending division and other relevant functions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, including achieving key milestones and realizing intended business benefits.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the outcomes of transformation projects, identify lessons learned, and integrate findings into future initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain performance measures illustrating the ongoing success of the function.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of professional experience effectively leading transformation, change management, and process engineering.
  • 3+ years working in the lending industry.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • Management Experience in building and effectively leading and growing a team.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar is a plus.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives.
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic, with an ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment with constant change.
  • Ability to project manage, organize, prioritize, and take accountability.
  • High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 20%.
