Title: Director, Campaign Operations
Location: Dallas, TX
Reports to: Head of Operations, Brand Platform
Job Purpose:
The Director, Campaign Operations role is responsible for managing a large team of campaign execution specialists. This role will have three primary focus areas: attracting, developing, motivating and retaining top talent; designing innovative processes and solutions that increase the team’s efficiency; and ensuring all work is completed through team capacity management. This person will be an integral member of the Brand Platform leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team members by observing and providing feedback in order to foster development and success of individuals
- Discuss career interests and development needs of team members and design plans that support personal, professional and business growth
- Meet with team members weekly/biweekly
- Set individual capacity quotas and monitor team members’ progress towards quota
- Assign projects based on team member capacity as well as individual goals and interests
- Attract, develop, recognize and retain talent
- Provide strong leadership which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees and clients
- Work with team members, Account Managers, Sales leads, and cross-functional partners to design processes to streamline campaign execution
- Roll out and support training curriculum to continue to focus on team member development
- Assessing training needs and performance data in order to aid in develop & implement results-based training curriculum that addresses performance gaps
- Interview internal and external candidates for hiring using a blend of competency and performance talent assessment approach in order to make successful hiring decisions
- Have an analytical mindset, using facts and data to understand behaviors and improve the business
Requirements and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Experience in digital campaign management and execution
- Track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Strong communicator, both internally and externally
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and changing environment
- Comes with solutions, not problems
