About the Opportunity
Digital Management, LLC. (DMI) is seeking a full time Director, CBP & ICE to support the DMI Vice-President of National Security and Critical Infrastructure and is responsible for leading the ongoing, emerging, and future growth and delivery initiatives across the Department of Homeland Security account.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales organization to identify, qualify, and pursue growth within CBP and ICE.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to key DMI clients.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to analyze the market and current talent within the workforce and using this information to develop a strategic direction for the organization.
- Consulting with clients to establish their strategic direction and interfacing with the client's senior executive team to generate additional business
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Ability to hold a public trust sand DOD TS level clearance
- At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience successfully growing Federal accounts
- A strong understanding of the acquisition process and vehicles used for acquisition purposes by US Government
- An ability to build superior customer relationships and adeptly balance the needs of the customer with the goals of DMI
- Situational awareness and the ability to identify the customer's concerns and address those without delay
- In depth knowledge of the Federal information technology marketplace
- Superior people management skills including direct experience with the processes and disciplines associated with running a Federally focused, information technology-oriented company
- Experience building and leading a high-performance account management function that is proactive, realistic and that can drive the creation of high-quality business opportunities
- Worked in a highly collaborative business development environment where he/she worked closely with the sales capture and proposal teams on pursuit strategies and account prioritization
- Experience in driving a services delivery organization through a matrix of various sales channels (e.g., practices, regions, service lines, etc.)
- Experience forging teaming relationships with the Federal marketplace to capture high value, profitable projects
- Demonstrated success transforming an organization to pursue, win and execute flawlessly on higher value projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to interact effectively with employees and all levels of management in identifying and resolving complex issues
- The candidate should possess existing relationships with senior-level government executives that can lead to business development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a uniquely qualified individual, with a strong understanding of the technologies, systems, accounts, and partners within the National Security market. They will understand the organizational dynamics within agencies and have existing relationships as well as the ability to build them across National Security government leaders and decision makers
