Job Description
Reports to: VP Channel and Customer Account Management
Location: Remote
Compensation Range: Base salary and commission with an OTE of $210,000-$230,000, plus equity

What You’ll Do:Â
The Director of Channel Account Management leads a team who plays a critical role in expanding our relationships with our partners while helping them deliver cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform. Â
This role will be responsible for managing both team managers as well as individual contributors within our Channel Account Management organization, driving business efforts toward expansion, loyalty, renewals, partner satisfaction and everything post-sales success.
The Director will work closely with Channel Account Management Senior Leadership, our greater Sales organization, and our Marketing organization to come up with creative ways to help our partners meet their business objectives through training, education, and empowerment.Â
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be key in helping the company achieve business goals through partner satisfaction and engagement. Success in this position will be measured by partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion within our partner base.
Responsibilities:Â
- Drive company growth across Net Dollar Retention and Gross Dollar Retention
- Develop and coach both managers and account managers, while upholding and maintaining Huntress’ core values
- Reinforce and develop partner enablement as well as sales process and procedures
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within strategic partner organizations
- Contribute to team goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Develop creative ways to engage with partners to enable growth and customer success
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- 5+ years experience managing Channel Focused Account Management/Sales teams, ideally focused on small & medium sized businesses
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
- Experience with HubSpot, or other similar CRM platforms
- Passionate about building a partner community:Â providing value to your clients through developing deep relationships, understanding their business needs, and making product recommendationsÂ
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
