Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned clients and engagements by provide proactive client management and planning along with leadership and accountability for engagements
• Ensure high quality of delivery and satisfied clients
• Obtain service extensions with clients
• Support business development efforts by participating in sales pursuits and proposal and engagement letter development
• Develop strategy, growth, and service plans for subject area
• Accountable for execution of growth and delivery plans
• Awareness, whitepapers, and presentations to the external market
• Develop and nurture internal community of expertise and knowledge base around solution area
• Mentoring and coaching of managers and senior consultants
• May serve as a performance coach
• Serve as a leader in industry and trade associations
• Develop new market opportunities

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10 years minimum experience with hands on full cycle accounting and finance process
• Advanced leadership certification or education preferred
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
• Diplomatically handles complex topics, varied audiences, difficult questions, continuous objections, and unexpected situations.
