Job Summary:
The Director, Client Implementations is accountable for leading and managing an implementation team responsible for all phases of client implementations for the Sharecare digital, advocacy, or other approved platforms and services. These projects include, but are not limited to, new client implementations, employer program relaunches, and health plan renewals. The Director will ensure that projects are staffed appropriately according to the project scope and size. This person will also oversee the day-to-day activities of the project management team providing leadership support and guidance to work through client challenges and internal barriers. The Director ensures the implementation methodology is consistently updated and revised. In addition, this person will ensure client implementation tools, artifacts, and processes are kept up to date. This person works collaboratively with other Sharecare departments to ensure the implementations and projects are aligned with business needs. The Director may create workplans or provide other artifacts for sales and RFP requests. The Director must be able to present and communicate appropriate amounts of information at the "C" level.
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in client-facing roles. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to provide oversight to multiple project managers and their projects concurrently. The successful candidate will be able to proactively establish and foster collaborative partnerships with account managers, product and tech, and business partners.
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide leadership and management
* Provide input into project plans, ensuring the team delivers on project objectives with quality
* Highly valued by executives to provide credible face to face briefings on project progress
* Be a trusted advisor to executive management on project priorities and options. Demonstrate project management excellence and mentor project managers
* Perform in a consultative role to provide options for clients and business owners
* Engage the team as needed in the development of project schedules based on properly defined scope, resource requirements, and decisions and availability.
* Recruit, develop and retain talented staff as needed to achieve responsibilities
* Oversees effective resource capacity planning
* Conduct periodic performance reviews, and create career path and development opportunities for staff
* Develop and maintain Client Implementations best practices, tools, artifacts, and processes
* Attend client site visits and as required
* Traveling as business needs required
Information Governance Accountabilities:
* A high-level understanding of the organization's information governance program and role-specific accountabilities.
* A thorough understanding of role requirements, including policies, procedures, and processes, to include how individual work impacts the organization and its strategic and financial goals; and how tasks and projects affect the integrity of the organization's data and information.
* Commitment to discuss questions and recommendations about processes and any observed variations in performing tasks to ensure a standardized approach to work and services provided.
* Participation in education as required for corporate compliance and role-specific functions and tasks.
HIPAA/Compliance:
* Maintain privacy of all patient, employee, and volunteer information and access such information only on a need-to-know basis for business purposes
* Comply with all regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations.
* Report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activity
* Maintain current and yearly HIPAA certification
Requirements
Specific Skills/ Attributes:
* Ability to understand information quickly, derive insight, synthesize information clearly and concisely, and devise solutions

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or related field required; Master's degree preferred
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management required
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare-related field
* Prior job experience specific to implementing new technology, managing teams, and/or processes preferred
* Strong client facing skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Certifications in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management are a plus
* Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate written business definitions and documents
* Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for communication with patients/clients, providers, and other staff.
