Job DescriptionLocation: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid)
Dentsu Creative is looking for a Social Account Director to partner with an exciting entertainment brand. You'll help evolve social presence and build on their existing community, stoke fandom, and attract new audiences.
We're looking for team members who are passionate about film and TV, and are eager to apply their passion to the best creative work. It's also important that teammates are versed in understanding the always-changing social landscape and are equipped to quickly to activate against new platforms, trends, and behaviors. You are,collaborative, and genuinely excited about pop culture and entertainment.
You will report to our VP of Client Leadership. A successful candidate will have mastered high-volume organic social accounts. They'll advocate for strategic and creatively thoughtful work, be a true partner to clients, and show experience with the brand and category. They'll have deep social community and platform expertise, demonstrate experience with all things entertainment.
- Be a primary daily client contact across several large-scale social-first (but not social-only) projects
- Manage our client relationships daily and oversee 2 Account Supervisors
- Lead teams through strategic development, creative brainstorming, production, and execution with in-house production teams
- Lead all account operations as it relates to the business of the agency
- Identify client issues and work with our agency partners to provide solutions
- Provide honest and valuable counsel to agency team
- Collaborate with agency partners as an IAT leader
- Create applicable development plans for direct reports
- Inspire agency and client confidence and seek opportunities to promote our client relationship
- Fuel agency culture and progress
- Experience in social and entertainment industries
- Account team leader/senior client advisor
- 8 years minimum of integrated agency account management experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375/year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
