Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day plan administration of retirement plans. This role acts as the primary resource for the day-to-day contact for the customer's retirement plan.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the day-to-day activities of a retirement services team whom are managing client/advisor relationships.
  • Leads staff and assists with needed resources to resolve complex problems.
  • Manages Plan Manager workloads during periods of peak volume.
  • Provides performance coaching and reviews and manages, motivates and develops associates.
  • Seeks cost savings and revenue generation opportunities through process improvement.
  • Leadership through strategic thinking.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or
  • 7+ years related experience and industry designation (QKA, QPA, APA)

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • Recommended College Major: Finance, Accounting, Business or Math

Required Work Experience

  • Prior people leadership experience is required
  • 7+ years of experience in retirement plan administration in a daily environment, TPA or Advisor Firm.

Salary Band: 07A

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
