Job Title:

Director

The Director (Client Service Leader) provides oversight, direction setting and opportunity identification for client accounts in Tallahassee.

Responsibilities:

• Client relationship development
• Business Development and overall PNL
• Delivery Quality - oversight of all work being performed at the client.
• Financial Management - overseeing the profit and loss of the account, including the management of receivables.
• Administration - ensuring the proper administrative controls are in place and adhered to on the account, including the management client charge codes, billing and internal administration.
• People Management - providing guidance, supervision and coaching to the team members assigned to the account.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current public sector industry trends and show how Slalom capabilities and thought leadership can address business challenges
• Facilitate client satisfaction surveys
• Collaborate with local and national account strategy and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Client management/leadership experience, within a formal management consulting environment
• Public Sector industry experience
• Ability to bring and develop C-suite and VP+ relationships at leading Public Sector organizations
• The ability to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management and team/people management all in a single role
• Previous P&L ownership and responsibilities
• Project delivery, including all aspects of project/program management
• Advanced engagement leadership including modern delivery methods
